Privacy & control

Know what is kept.
Decide what is shared.

Relationship work depends on discretion. That starts with clear sources, explicit decisions and an honest account of what this website does.

Your decisions

Control where
the context changes.

Choose the input.

The current note-review demo works from text you enter or the supplied sample. It does not connect to your inbox, messaging history, recorder or an AI service.

Review what becomes current.

Accept, edit or reject suggestions separately. Choose explicitly when a name could refer to more than one person. Inspect the original words and dates when sources disagree.

Retrace the decision.

Accepted changes appear in the related records and supported actions can be undone. Reset restores the fictional sample.

This website

A shared sample.
Browser memory only.

Moving around keeps your place.

The relationship workspace keeps note edits and review decisions in browser memory as you navigate this website. The demo does not send that input to a server or save it in browser storage. Resetting or reloading starts again with the sample.

The examples have clear limits.

People, mandate scenarios and document statuses are fictional. No account is connected, message sent or document signed. The integration directory describes planned connections; its mapping and digest controls preview sample behavior.

Hosting still processes page requests.

Vercel delivers this website. Page requests are processed by the hosting service. The statement about demo input does not mean that a visit creates no technical logs.

An operational service

Discretion needs
documented controls.

Before confidential client information belongs in an operational workspace, a firm needs specific answers about access, handling and accountability.

Access and sharing

Who can see each relationship and mandate, what administrators can access, and how sharing is granted and withdrawn.

Data handling

Hosting location, encryption, retention, deletion, subprocessors and the terms governing any AI provider’s use of information.

Accountability

Audit records, incident response, independent assurance and the contractual terms that support them.

These are requirements for operational review. This website does not establish that those controls or certifications are implemented. Product security documentation and contractual privacy terms remain to be confirmed.

People in the sample.

The portraits illustrate fictional records. They do not depict named SocialOS customers, team members or investors, and do not imply endorsement.
